Karshak Seva ’ is a historic initiative which is need of the hour in Agricultural Marketing specially in the cinder of the revolutionary reform announced by the Central Government mainly freeing Indian farmers from the shackles of pressing market system. Now the farmers are free to sell their produce to anybody anywhere in the world for the best price possible. But this reform can be implemented practically only if the farmers are enabled to access the best buyer and for this the digital revolution happening in India has to his aid.
Karshak Seva is giving the Indian farmers a comprehensive digital platform to connect him directly to the suppliers of all farm inputs and also to the best buyers in the global marketplace. In addition it gives the farmers all the relevant support services. The entire system will operated on behalf of the farmers in compilation the technologist’s field, workers and professional managers.
It will not only substantially increase farmers income but also profit the promote the rural economy through processing industries and rural entrepreneurship generating wealth in the countryside. It will engage to be and a revolutionary farmers welfare programme anywhere in the world.

First Move:-
Initially the team researched on turmeric marketing and farming in India
A team of members held meetings in Nizamabad daily to address the problems and needs of the farmers
The team covered all the villages and zones in Nizamabad district
After survey the team found three major problems for turmeric farmers:-
• Marketing
• Processing of turmeric
• Lack of Labor
Long Term Plan
The Company hopes that the Government Of India and all State Governments will be fully supportive of its noble cause and will assist the Company in all possible ways.
Some of the government services such as disbursement of subsidies for instance, can perhaps be done through our digital platform.
The project has been tested in the field and is widely accepted by the farmers.

1. A pilot project was implemented in the state of Telangana (Nizamabad District) among turmeric farmers. Total 60 villages are covered under the Pilot project
